Calendar View

The Calendar screen provides a comprehensive view of all shifts for all the groups you are a member of. To access it, tap the Calendar icon in the app bar of the home screen.

Navigating the Calendar

• View Formats: You can switch between a full Month view and a condensed Week view using the buttons at the top of the calendar.
• Selecting a Day: Tap on any day in the calendar to see a list of all shifts scheduled for that day below the calendar. Days with scheduled shifts are marked with a small dot.

Daily Shift List

When you select a day, the area below the calendar will populate with cards for each shift.

• Grouping: Shifts are grouped by their start time.
• Details: Each shift entry shows the assigned user, their role, and the location.

Add to Your Personal Calendar

For any shift that is assigned to you, a special Add to Calendar icon will appear on the right side of the shift entry.

Tapping this icon will generate a link to add the event to your Google Calendar, pre-filled with all the shift details (time, role, location, and any comments).
