Home Screen

The Home Screen is the first screen you see after logging in. It provides an overview of your upcoming shifts and available trades within your groups.

The screen has two main components: a list of your upcoming shifts and a sliding panel for open trade requests.

App Bar Navigation

At the top of the screen, you’ll find the app bar with several icons for quick navigation, displayed in the following order:

• Calendar (Calendar Icon): Opens a full calendar view of all shifts for the groups you are in.
• Trade History (Clock Icon): View a history of your past shift trades.
• Profile (Person Icon): Access your profile to update your information and manage your groups.
• Shift Monitoring (Heartbeat Monitor Icon): Monitor the current day’s shifts for a group you are in.
• Admin Panel (Admin Icon): If you are an admin of any group, this icon will be visible. It takes you to the admin screen to manage your groups.
• Sign Out (Logout Icon): Log out of the application.

My Shifts

The main part of the screen displays a list of your upcoming assigned shifts. Each card shows key details about the shift:

• Date and time
• The group it belongs to
• A “Request Trade” button to initiate a trade, or an “Edit Request” button if a trade is already active.

Trade Requests Panel

At the bottom of the screen, there is a collapsed panel labeled “↑ Trade Requests ↑”. You can slide this panel up to view a list of all open trade requests from other members in your groups.

This is your opportunity to pick up extra shifts. Each card in the list displays details about the offered shift. If you find a shift you want to take, simply tap the “Accept” button on the card.
