Your Profile

Your profile screen allows you to manage your personal information, settings, and groups. To access it, tap the Profile icon (person) in the app bar of the home screen.

Your Information

In this section, you can update your personal details:

  • Name: Your display name, which will be visible to other members of your groups.
  • Telephone: Your phone number, which can be used by admins for communication.
  • Comment: An optional field for any notes or information you want to share.

After making changes, tap the “Save Profile & Levels” button to save them.

Service Levels

This section displays your account’s service tier for two key features. These are typically set by a system administrator.

  • Shift Level: The maximum number of shifts you can be assigned or view in a list at one time.
  • Group Level: The maximum number of groups you can be a member or admin of.

Group Management

The profile screen is your hub for managing your relationship with groups.

Groups You Are In

This section lists all the groups you are currently a member of. For each group, you have two options: * Leave Group: Tapping the “Leave” button will remove you from the group. You will no longer see shifts or trade requests from that group. Note: An administrator will have to re-invite you if you wish to join again. * Manage Group: If you are an administrator of the group, a “Manage” button will appear, which takes you to the Group Management screen.

Create a New Group

Any user can create a new group and become its first administrator. 1. Enter a name for your new group in the text field. 2. Tap the “Create Group” button.

Blocked Groups

If you leave a group or are removed by an admin, the group will appear in this list. This prevents you from re-joining by mistake. If you wish to be able to join the group again, you can tap the “Unblock” button next to the group’s name.

Account Settings

Terminal Only Mode

If you enable “Terminal Only Mode”, the app will be restricted to the Shift Tracker screen upon login. This is useful for devices that are intended to be used as a stationary time clock terminal.

Security

  • Change Password: If you signed up with an email and password, you can use this option to change your password.
  • Send Password Reset: Use this option to send a password reset link to your registered email address if you have forgotten your password.
